forklift operator training and certification

A training provider for companies employing forklift operators with a slow it down and think first teaching tactic.  Based on current compliance standards and experience we apply real job situations in to training and evaluations while explaining improved methods of handling loads from a prospective of crane and rigging background.     

How we determined if the operator should be certified or qualified to operate?

Qualification/Certification for operation and instruction are based on work performed within current job description, current employer policies, equipment manufacturers safety and maintenance recommendations, and current USACE EM385-1-1 PIT/LHE Standards, ASME B56, and OSHA 1910.178 standards. Additional instructor and forklift training may be required for unfamiliar/critical lifting tasks outside of job description.
